Mtn Declining my port requests without sending me an sms

<p>Mtn declined my two attempts to port to telkom without sending me an sms. I had to call telkom to find out why and they said Mtn declined the requests on both occasions without sending me an sms.</p> <p> </p> <p>Mtn please sort this out.</p>
