MTN, Decent download speeds and Zero regard for their customers

Awful Service again, after being told by the head of compliance in my area that i can actually get the blackfriday deal in store I go back and am quickly help but am told that because they don't have routers I cant receive the deal today but they will do all the paper work and apply for it. after a week I get called and told because THEY didn't have stock THEY took too long to apply for the deal and I can no longer receive it. After then being told to Just apply again on line by the manager of their Limpopo branches (Antoinette) and refusing and asking wanting to cancel my contract I get berated for not coming to her sooner and that this time I will receive preferential treatment. AWFUL company that just lies and whos business practices whos only claim to fame is the violation of the customers protection ACT.
