MTN December 2019 call history

Good day

So I've given a review 3 days ago on how I'm struggling to get a call History for December 2019 for the past 2 weeks!! I've called the call center and filled in the forms and mailed it back.....no reaction!! I've made an online query, filled in the forms and mailed it back.....no reaction!!! I've made a WhatsApp enquiry.......total waste of time!!

Then I wrote my first Hello Peter review, an agent called me and said I should SMS my email to 30988. She also sent me how-to instructions.......all good and well but I only received the past months records.........What is the matter with you people, cant read that I need December 2019's records??

Please assist with December 2019 call history???

I've sent the forms multiple (more than 4) times already, and still I have not received anything
