Mtn deceiving public

Good day, Thanks for the response , however apparently the matter has been escalated to the regional manager and the ‘ highest it can go ‘ as been told by my point of contact TONGE . I was supposed to receive an outcome today by latest midday ... my point of contact now says that there is nothing ... no feedback and nothing that can be done . I’m highly aggrevied by such service , as this as put me in such a disadvantage . Mtn has been messing me around from Sunday the 24th of March . From the staff members at the ****arney mall to the manager of the ****arney mall and now Tonge , I need to speak to a higher point of contact who can actually get something done instead of stringing me along for days ...

you have just not disrupted 6-7 days in my life (excluding the formal feedback I am awaiting), you have also disrupted potentially other users in my home that are also dependent on telephony service providers. In a broader sense, your disruption impacts the economic value of spending from a household, not just the user that was impacted. The user and the family is now so wary about the issue created by MTN that having to use your service is a debate .... as it doesn’t seem worth it from your poor customer service ...

The business may have responded but no one has contacted me and sorted anything out . There has been no reaching out to resolve this . And the area manager or supposed area manager TONGE (+27 (83) ********** ) never calls or does what he says his going to do . He never answers his phone and is always making excuses . I’ve been dealing with an area manager whose doing this since Thursday . He needs to be removed from his position for bad service and aggregating the customer more - he also says that his superiors aren’t taking my case seriously and are giving him the run around since Friday .
