MTN Deceives Residents and erects Cell Towers in Residential Areas in Secret Deal with eThekwini Municipality
<p>MTN in a secret deal with eThekwini Municipality has erected many new cell phone towers in the Glenwood/Berea area in Durban. These towers have not been through any statutory approval process where residents could comment on or object to proposals.
