MTN deceives its customers !

I went to MTN Morningside to do SIM swap. Paid the fee and got a new SIM nano size. Was told to use it after 2 hours. 8 hours later I phoned MTN to find out why new SIM is still not working and was told that no SIM swap was ever requested, registered or performed. MTN employee had **** and deceived me. I wasted my time to get hoodwinked by this dishonest MTN man.
