MTN- Debt- Possible **********/identity theft (***) [#448216]

Hi Rose/MTN customer care(Adrian Stellenberg),

Can I kindly get an update on the below query; resulting from the ********** account with MTN I have since been:

- Blacklisted - And monthly getting text and emails from VVM demanding payment on the account

NB. - From the first-time I started to receive communication from VVM on this account/********** account I have repeatedly indicated to them (and provided personal documents + affidavit as was requested by them) that I did not and do not have any accounts nor use MTN as a mobile network service provider and this has been ignored by VVM. - To date I am yet to receive any feedback from VVM with regards to my info they referred to their ***** department- instead they have blacklisted my name and continue to demand payment on the account/********** account.
