MTN debt my account! My never had a mnt account!

I received a sms that a debt order went of my bank account for the amount of R3 500.59. REF MNT debt order SPA 4981 635. Now We Never had nor will I ever have a contract with MNT, I have never set foot in a MNT store!!! <br> So after speaking to my bank, they advised me to phone MTN directly. After holding an for 30 min hearing that annoying tune. I gave up and phoned the Stellenbosch branch. Now this lady was even less helpful told me I need to go to the police station and open I case.. ect. Later that day I went on MNT's website and submitted 4 ***** complains.Still nobody from MNT have phoned me. I have in the meantime had my bank withdraw the debt order. What to do now..... waist my time going into a MNT branch so sort this out!!! Because some person was not paying attention! <br> So MNT when you are wondering why R3 500.59 is drawn from your account, give me a call!!
