Mtn debt collectors.

My sister gets an sms from VVM debt collectors for a debt of over R16000 in my name yet. I got no emails nothing from this useless company called MTN. I have had nothing but horrible service from MTN. The phones screen was broken from day 1 they refused to uphold the warranty and then when it broke Samsung wouldn't fix it because MTN didn't provide a tax invoice. I would like to know what this is for since the invoice balance and this is not the same. And handing people's details over without even communicating to them is asking for trouble. Contact me on my email since I refuse to speak to anyone my email is the same as the one used to send me invoices every month and nothing else. . Debit order date on invoices but nothing ever got debited for how long. Terrible service.

That's a big load of bs. Numerous attempts to contact me yet you can email statements and stuff every month??? Meaning the email address is correct. You don't understand. The phone was useless since day 1 and the support is terrible. NO ATTEMPT TO MAKE CONTACT WAS EVER MADE.

And an account for R4200 can't magically become R16000 I did say I refuse to pay when the sales rep refused to help assist with a pink line across the screen as per a previous complaint that received terrible service again yet I still paid I even made a payment earlier this month. So yeah the statement says one thing you say it's something else. **** service.

4 days after the response and still nothing. Yet you can't get hold of me. Here is the email you send my invoice to maybe it will help *** can't believe how bad the service is. Things like this need to be reported to the appropriate bodies
