MTN DEBITS POST CONTRACT PERIOD.

Two contracts for my boys expired and MTN continued to debit my account which I reversed. Today a debt collector called me with regard to those accounts which are now on prepaid. *** and ***. Cancelation was confirmed with MTN consultant. I've moved my boys contracts to vodacom. Kindly get MTN to explain why they handed my details to debt collectors as if I'm to forcefully remain their client.
