MTN DEBITS MY MONEY FOR A CELLPHONE THAT I DID NO RECEIVE

I did an cellphone upgrade online via the Facebook mtn app since may to date I did not get my new device, I have been contacting mtn but I'm not getting any help instead of helping me with the problem they are debiting my money every month , I'm transferred from one department to another, I'm really not happy at all with mtn they have bad service and don't care about their customers all they concerned about is money and nothing more and the rudeness of their agent wen u call is unbearable from a scale of 0 to 10 as their client I'm giving them a 0 for 5 months nothing is been done regarding my the problem u have brought to their attention
