MTN debits
For 4 months I have asked to debit on the last day of the month or the first day of the new month, well they do the opposite. don't listen and now its on the web. actually they go one day before debit. all of my debits go through when the should - but MTN has to be 1 day before, I have had so much **** with these guy's.

We have now checked your account, we see that your debit order was set for the last day of the month. However is the last day of the month is on a Saturday the debit order is submitted on the last working day or if the last working day is on the Sunday the debit order is submitted on the first working day of the month.
We see that your payment method has been changed to cash as a security measure on our Billing System.
