Mtn debiting my Capitec account for someone else's Mtn account

<p>Last month R299 was debited from my Capitec account no ********** 077, for Mtn account no A ********** . This account belongs to a certain Ms Aphiwe Dyonase with Mtn no ********** 081. My Mtn account no is A ********** and my no is ********** 618. I reported the matter to Mtn Sunnypark and spoke to Mr Lwando Lumko, who promised to sort it out. Today, however, R609.40 was debited from my Capitec account for the same Mtn account belonging to Ms Dyonase. This is great inconvenience as Capitec charges me for reversing the debit order. I do not understand how Mtn can debit one account for two different people. I am really gatvol!!</p>
