MTN debiting my account without a contract
I attended at MTN sandton where i requested a contract on a galaxy s6 edge. The agent provided me a phone which when opened, was damaged. The phone was immediately returned and contract cancelled. I have documentary proof of this! The store manager (MUSA) was extremely rude at the time. When i got my statement, I noticed that I was billed for the contract even though I was never given a phone or the talktime. I called MTNs call centre who confirmed that the store failed to cancel my contract and that they shall attend to cancel immediately and NOT debit my account. The reference for the call is ***. MTN proceeded to debit my account.
