MTN Debiting my account on an expired AND cancelled contact.

Hi All,

I am not sure what to do now; twice I have cancelled my MTN expired contract with MTN and MTN continues without fail to debit my account...every month I have to return the MTN debit order.

This is frustrating as MTN has NO contractual right to take money out of my account....these are unauthorized debit order and quite frankly I consider them *****ing and the constant return of the unauthorized debit order is going to result in a bad credit rating for me.

MTN needs to fix this as I am not getting any contractual services from you; the account is prepaid.
