MTN debiting after cancellation

Contracts with MTN came to an end. I got a call from MTN stating that the special offer i enjoyed will ni longer be available and the only way to enjoy it is to renew my subscription. I declined and app**** to Melon and got a better deal at half the price. I requested a cancellation of the MTN contract. The retention department called me to state that if I keep the contract open ended then i can still keep those rates and that the gentleman who called me before misled me. Seeing that I incepted Contracts with Melon already I confirmed the cancellation with MTN which was to be effective in May, My monthly subscriptions for 3 Contracts totalled R1800 in total per month. In June I get debited R3300 and when I called I was told it was the last debit. Now in July I get debited for R3900. MTN is a *****ulent company whom use the debits as a means to ******* clients. They need to he investigated and reprimanded. imagine how many people get ********** by these *****ulent tactics. Shame on you MTN. Im going to expose you and not let it slide. Sa don't need ******* Providers like MTN
