MTN DEBITING ACCOUNT AFTER CONTRACT HAS ENDED

I will forward you PROOF that my contract has ended!

I have already written to customer care and they do not care or respond!
I have also written to retentions and have not received a reply from them either.

When car finance or a home loan comes to term you do not have to tell them to stop debiting your account!
How can you continue debiting when a contract has expired. This is THEFT!!!
When a contract is over it is over and you cannot keep charging.
Why should the customer have to warn you and give you notice that the contract is going to end when you have already sent them a statement reflecting this! This is absurd!

I have copied and pasted my last statement below. I am taking this mater further and if it is not resolved I will sue you and MTN. I have three friends who are very competent attorneys.

I have reported this to the Ombudsman and am going to contact Alec Hogg from Biznews and forward him my statement and your remarks.

MTN will not get away with this theft! It is high time cellphone companies were investigated and held accountable.
