MTN debiting account after Cancellation were processed

On the 8th of June 2022 a cancellation Letter was sent to MTN, to cancel a contract with them and they are still debiting my aunts account with R105, this month was the 6th month - that is a total of R630.00 We need this money refunded to her and this contract to be cancelled.
