MTN Debit Orders for a device I don't have🤬

App**** for a cell contract. It was approved. Then delivery arranged. When It was to be delivered I was told it was cancelled because they think it's *****. Now debit orders are going through and the call centre agents gave me a number to call that does not go through. This is not the 1st time MTN is ripping me off.
