MTN Debit order to be cancelled and refund to be done.

Please can you assist us in the following matter.

Mrs JJ Vorster ID: ********** 007085 has requested that debit must stopped. The request has been given to them numerously of times without any success. The request has been given to them on 10/11/2016 and still the deductions are going through on her account. Please can you contact Mrs CM Jacobs( ********** 024) or email her ********** regarding this matter she is handling all Mrs JJ Vorster affairs. Mrs JJ Vorster are elderly and can not do it her self.
