MTN debit order still not done

I have sent an email but yet to get any feed back as calling 135 does not help as I cannot speak to a person for assistance. My monthly debit order has still not gone off for my MTN account. Why has it not gone off as yet as I have this set to the 1st of every month. It is now the 8th and no debit order has been done. Can someone please get back to me on this or push the debit order through and make sure that on the 1st it is taken off as normal
