MTN Debit order still going off for a cancelled MTN account
After finally getting a Settlement amount, cancelling my MTN Account and confirming that no further debit orders will come off my account, MTN have debited my account for the next Debit order anyway. MTN - please reverse that debit order and give me my money back!

30 Oct 2018, 09:19Hi Alicia - Then why was the unbilled amount specified and why then was I required to pay that amount? Over and above that - I asked the agent to confirm that the next debit order won't go off and they confirmed this (You are welcome to pull the recording if you need ...).
