MTN debit order query and no service - wifi router

Good day

I have received delivery of the home wifi router device on Tuesday, 30 July 2024 via DSV courier services.

I purchased the device online via the MTN website on Thursday, 25 July 2024.

I would like to cancel this contract immediately.

I have not even been able to use this device since i received it, as I have no internet connection,still. I'm also concerned about a debit order that was deducted this evening, despite having paid pro rata for the month of July and paid upfront for August. The amount differs is not the amount stipulated in the contract.

Please advise what the cancelation process is, and how to avoid further debit orders, since this one was so random.

Ive seen the many complaints on social media regarding this service, and as indicated earlier, i have not been able to access this service despite having followed the instructions provided.
