MTN DEBIT ORDER GOES OFF AFTER CANCELLING CONTRACT

I had a contract with MTN that expired on the 31st of October 2020. I called the retention department to cancel it and consultant cancelled it and assured me there will not be any further debit orders. I even explained to the consultant that I AM UNEMPLOYED NOW. What do I find today? A debit order of R430!! For what? This is absolutely *****! I am done paying the contract. Now what am I paying for? I am really disappointed with MTN and I want my money back because I don't work. I spent a whole 20minutes with that consultant cancelling that contract, next thing they deducting money from my bank Account. This is the worst thing ever.
