MTN debit order ***** with no help available!

I have ********** debit orders to the value of R6000 going of my bank account. I don’t have an MTN SIM card or an account with MTN at all. But there’s no customer service number to call? You have to have an MTN number before you can speak to a human. So I now need to spend time buying an MTN SIM card just to speak to someone at the call centre to help me. Their website is pathetic and I’m extremely annoyed the the biggest TelCo in Africa can’t provide a basic ***** helpline or even answer a phone call from a non user. Useless service.
