MTN debit order

I have successfully cancelled my contract more than 6 months ago. The problem is MTN still deduct the debit order from my bank account. I have tried many times to cancel this debit order, to no avail.

Please accept our apologies for the lapse in service and the inconvenience caused to you as a result.
Kindly note as per our telephonic conversation, a request has been sent to our Retentions department to have the line cancelled and also for a refund to be processed for the months that you were debited for.
