mtn debit nightmare

<p>In March MTN double debited my account with the amount i owed them for the previous month i was shocked that i now had to pay twice because they had a fault with their **** system so the money never went off. This month my debit order still never went off and MTN thinks its okay for them to double debit me next month again instead of getting their **** together. I called their call centre of which those agents dont know left from right they divert the blame to my bank. I then call the bank and they say they dont know why MTN says its them but the fault is with MTN ek is mooi de moer in vir die VROT diens. Sending me from pillar to post for something they know its their fault. I will spread the news and tell everyone never to join with MTN cause youll be digging your own grave #factnotastatement! You think this is Nigeria where you ****** your customers. I cant wait till my contract is over and i dont have to deal with such a useless company. GET YOUR DUCKS IN A ROW!!!!</p>

Thank you for your post.

We apologize for any inconvenience incurred.

Kindly be advised that MTN have requested the debit orders, as per the system your debit orders returned unpaid, the fault is not with MTN The fault is between yourself and your bank. The returned codes as follows: RD code 04 + RD code 30 please confirm this with the bank.

MTN do have the right to deduct what is owing to the account as per your terms and conditions signed with te contract.

The account is suspended due to your debit orders returned again, please make cash payment for R750.41.
