MTN DEBICHECK MANDATES (REWARDSCO)

8 March 2022: I received a message for a Mobile Telephone Networks PTY LTD Debicheck approval for R850, of which I declined as I did not apply for or authorize any contract with the service provider. I then visited my nearest MTN outlet and they informed me that there was an application registered on REWARDSCO website for a phone contract. I then reported this to MTN Customer Care and ***** Teams (and also REWARDSCO). I sent affidavit and other documents required. I have not received any call or feedback regarding this issue and how it is being resolved.

24 March 2022: I received another message for a Mobile Telephone Networks PTY LTD Debicheck approval for R16927.0, of which I also declined. How is it possible that another attempted purchase is made on a profile that has just reported a similar case/problem. MTN you should get your systems in order and also get your retail partners to also do the same. This is unacceptable. I don't have any contracts with you and I have never even had any product with you or any of your affiliated retailers.
