MTN deals not real

26th Nov 2024 I app**** for a home wifi. MTN has a package of 269 per month. We paid R313 for Dec and pro rata for Nov. 6th Dec they tried to debit 555.93 for Jan saying they unable to locate the payment made in Nov. If that was so then how was the router delivered if we didn't pay for it ? 9th Dec they have disconnected the service. Proof of payment was sent but no calls or emails from mtn. Unable to get ahold of anyone at mtn either. A business that doesn't behave with integrity. I will cancel the service going forward.
