MTN DE-*****S UNKOWING CUSTOMER

I HAD APP**** AT MTN FOR A CONTRACT IN 2018, WHICH WAS APPROVED BY THIER 3RD PARTY SERVICE BUYMONDO. The device had to be delivered of which I never received the mobile phone .

IT has been 2 years now, only to find out they have been on my credit report as an active account for 2 years. recording missed payments that I had for 2 years. how could I pay for something I never received.

this has had a negative impact on my credit record for 2 years. I have had continuous back and forth and now that I have my current credit report they are still reflective.

I have no assistance form MTN when I have been to countless stores. this is ***** !!!
