MTN DE *****ING PEOPLE ON EXPIRIY OF YOUR CONTRACT!!!

When your contract with MTN expires they just put you on another month to month package without your consent and carry on billing you! This is FRUAD and should not be allowed. It is virtually impossible to cancel a contract with MTN. MTN sayS the only way it can be cancelled is thru the customer care (defnitely don't care) Centre. If you are lucky enough to get hold of someone the cancellation does not happen! This is a complete disgrace - I wonder how many people they have been de *****ing for years!!!
