Mtn

The experience with MTN was shocking, I gave notice for my wifi and cell phone in Decemeber 2023 and mtn is still charging me and will not allow me to cancel for the 100th time until payment is made. I went into their head office in roodepoort where I shared the cancellation correspondence and the lady said she would assist me. On the 29th of Novemeber 2024 I had alot of money debited from my account which I did not approve on after I have placed notice multiple times. I now received a section 129 which is unacceptable.
