MTN

I will never advise someone to take out a mtn contract. There service is poor and pathetic. I have been dealing with them for a long time after cell c was bad but nope they worse then them. How can you send me a bill in June 2023 saying i am in arrears since 2021. My line have never been suspended because we all know how quick they are with suspending your line.

Well everytime i have to phone them back and send proof of payments. You tell me how can all your payments not reflect on your account if you use there Absa banking details with your reference number and how can if you phone them there agents politely just disconnect the calls because they can.

I have been asking one of them to ask someone superior to contact me but still no one gas the decency to contact me back.

So no guys don't ever connect with Mtn.

Can one of them please phone me and can my problem be resolved because you are invonveniencing me as a customer because of your negligence
