MTN Daylight ******s along with their consultants

I had a contract with MTN, when I took it I was not made aware of my router not being compatible with the Sim I had.. I tried to call them and rectify they ended up blocking my number from talking to their consultants. Now, I had requested to cancel my contact with them and they told me of a 60 day turnaround of which they said the person who sold me the contract should have told me about it and I have told them I did not know as I was not told. I called, emailed and Facebook messaged them till today I have received no help. Mtn is a ****!!!
