MTN ****************- Change of Cancellation date without my knowledge

After numerous attempts to cancel my contract with MTN, I managed to Cancel it at their Baywest shop in Port Elizabeth. Within 48 hours after that I received this disturbing message. The change the cancellation date without my consent.

Y'ello! We've changed the cancellation date for your *** MTN line to 08/10/2022. You'll be billed accordingly. Have a great day!
