Good day. 2 weeks ago I purchased 1gig that lasts for 2 weeks for R99. On the 16th I received contact 1 gig data. Instead of using the 1 gig that lasts for 2 weeks 1st my contract data got used first and the 2 week data ended up expiring. This is totally against TCF...I'm very angry...data is so expensive and I get ****** like this. I want an explanation and a refund. This is totally not fair...especially to a loyal customer. How many other times did this happen to me or other customers. I want an urgent response.
