MTN ****************

Mtn robbing customers. I bought data using my airtime on 19 Feb 2022 for R79 1gb but the data was never loaded due to their system fault. I called immediately and I was told to call after 2hours which I did. The call centre personnel were so unprofessional and after numerous calls I resigned call again. However, 20th I called and able to raise a ticket REQ*** which I was promised would be dealt with in 2 to 48hrs which never did. Mtn has refused to look into this matter even after numerous follow up calls. I know I'm not the only one being ****** by this organisation.
