My contract ended and they continue to deduct the instalment until I called them to query, they inform me that I will need to cancel the contract irrespective of the contract ending. So I opt to cancel the contract and confirm that all is in order and I will not be charged further premiums. They go ahead and continue to deduct the instalment the following month. I call again and now the consultant says that she will escalate this matter for further investigation. I haven't received any feedback since then.
