Good Day Mtn-you must be having so much of fun misleading people and making money out of them.I purchased mtn sms bundles utilising my points that i have earned,however when i tried sending messages,none of them went through-and im fully aware that it should be mtn subscibers only- (how convenient),so when i contacted your call centre today they informed me that i should have an minimum airtime balance of 75c.The reason behind purchasing sms bundles is because i dont have money to recharge so how the hell will i have a balance of 75c and the is no where that you have stipulated that i need to have a balance for my sms's to go through,and the same applies to airtime being purchased utilising your points,no one has a contact list with only mtn subcribers,i mean its ridiculous that you can only contact them. So people i think its due time you reconsider the network you are one and it should not be MTN.
