MTN DAY LIGHT ROBERRY SCHEM

I just want to let the world, especially south africans, know that MTN is a ****, they are making money from *****ing from poor civilians. l called them last week on the 27th to cancel my data sim, but their agent sold me a cheaper contract for R119, and assured me that is what l will be paying on my next debit set to be on the 1st of August. To my surprise the following day on the 28th l then got an sms telling me, my next bill will be R1600, even though l tried to call and query, money was debited. l have since been calling but no one is able to assist, the last answer l got is that the billing team says that is correct, that is what l have to pay for agreeing to stay as their customer. l have asked them to please listen to the recorded call l made on the 27th, where l know that at no point was l told that is going to be my cost for upgrading a contract which had ended, its not like this was an early upgrade. MTN is terrible guys, they are making millions from this kind of day light *******. at this point l dont even want them to contact me if the plan is not to refund me, that is the only conversation l can have with them. otherwise guys take contracts with MTN at your own risk, they are making double the contract amount from these so called correct billing. imagine at this rate of the economy we have such big companies *****ing from poor citizens. l also read theiR TL on tweeter , it seems like they have been at it for the longest time, l just blame my self for not being aware, i really never thought, to say l am disgusted is an understatement. *******
