MTN DATE UPGRADE- BILLING ISSUE- ABSOLUTELY NO

ABSOLUTELY DISASTER!

MTN can not update passport on a profile and for that reason can not upgrade/renew data packages then charges 1900 for a 50 GB data package instead of R350 due to no upgrade, LIKE SERIOUSLY?

They then asked to put the simcard on prepaid, open a new profile and add the simcards to the new profile, they are not changing it to prepaid because they want me to pay 1900 for each simcard while it is their OWN SYSTEM FAULT. I have the profile and clear record with them for 13 years.

What is going on here? ****ming people? FAULT IS FROM YOUR SIDE NOT MINE
