Mtn Datashare not fulfilling its intent

<p>Good Day. I recently took out a contract for my mum which came with 50gb promotional data monthly. Since she probably won't use all of this data, and Mtn has the datashare product offering which it punts as a mechanism to reduce wasted data, I though it would be a good idea to link my dad's sim card to this package. After a few days it stopped working and when I contacted customer care , I was told that it's because Mtn datashare does not apply to promotional data. I am of the opinion that this is an unfair practise of Mtn which results in wastage and goes against the essence of the product itself. I would appreciate it if this matter is looked into.</p>
