MTN datashare

I am on prepaid upon learning that MTN offered a datashare service that would allow my family members to share my data bundle, I subscribed to service and registered these numbers, lo and behold none of the numbers I added can access my data, try dialling 173 to speak to someone but there is nobody on the other end to assist just a number of menus with sub menu's and no redirect to what be called \customer Service"because there is not such thing as service from this useless network. Tried to check with the 808 number but they just plead ignorance and ask you to call 173."""
