MTN datalive (PSD) Charges

<p>I am being charged for data that I have already purchased ! My contract is for only R80 per month + R260 2GB recurring data bundle yet I was charged R209.46 for PSD datacharges last month. I have never gone over my usage limit for that month yet I was still charged this misterious MTN datalive charges. This is **************** !!! I am paying so much money and for what??? </p> <p>I have gone to some of your branches in the past but to no avail. They can only give me my statements and said I should get a data bundle. I was also told that I can check my own statements on your website so I did and then I found the MTN datalive charged to my account although I have more than enough data on my loaded databundle !</p> <p>I want my money paid back to me that you have so willingly taken. </p>
