MTN Datalive (PSD) Charges
So I've noticed that for the past two months I've been billed R852.50 a month instead of R119 a month. First of all, huge mission to get registered on the pathetic website, but that's a matter for another day. Go into my account, stumble across this wonderful term MTN Datalive (PSD) Charges (which I have no idea what it is). Now, I have not breached my data usage on this contract, ever (I came close to it in the middle of May), so please explain to my why this data is being charged to my account. I expect a refund of this money as it's very clear that I am not the only person that has had this incorrect billing occur to.<br> <br> I appreciate your speedy feedback.<br> <br> Kind Regards

I have had a look into your billing and can conclude that the billing was as it was due to your internet usage which cost R637.37 which was over and above your 2GB monthly provisioning.
