MTN DATA VANISHED
MTN DATA VANISHED My mtn weekly data bundle has vanished over night. On 21st May I check it was 696mb. This morning on 22nd May it vanished overnight despite my mobile data being switched off as I was using wifi at home. Where is mtn going. How is the days being vanished. Pathetic network. This is the sms of got for reference : Dear Customer, Your query has been escalated with reference number 1- ********** 9300. Thank you for using MTN. Have a Yello day Dear Customer, Your query has been resolved with reference number 1- ********** 8956. Kindly contact MTN within 48 hours if the problem still persists. I got this sms from MTN, when I contacted customer service they say it could be a mistake the problem is not solved. Where is this network going. Mtn is ripping the customers, send false sms and they can't resolve problems. Very poor customer service.
