mtn data vanished

On the 4 of November I loaded data on my phone but less then a minute later I get an sms saying data depleted. I phoned the 808 number and they told me they couldn't see where my data disappeared to so they logged a quiry and told me it would take 2 days. I sent an email thru to their customer service and they responded and said my enquiry will be treated as urgent. Today after 2days of no response I phone them and they tell me no one has attended to my enquiry. How pathetic is the service man is offering. I will definitely not renew my contract with them. New request logged today and I must still awit ef no ***
