MTN data top-up doesn't work, no service

<p>I have an Afrihost data SIM. On 28th June 2016, I bought 1Gig data for R160 from MTN, as I always do. I could not access the data. I asked MTN customer care and was referred to Afrihost - who could not help as it is YOUR top-up data that was bought. When I try to get customer care to help, I am simply told that I do not have a valid MTN number. Of course not! It is an Afrihost data SIM!How do I get a refund for my wasted money? No-one will help me.</p>

Please be advised that we have tried contacting you however the number went to voicemail, as we wanted to get the sim number of the sim card you were connecting with.

You may contact the data support desk on ********** so that they can look into the matter.
