Most terrible ever service received in history. I bought a wifi router in December 2020 on a 400GG made for home plan.Not even a week all data missing we let it slide.Next month same story and myself even my husband trying to get hold of them for answers with absolutely no luck.I send endless emails got different reference numbers from 11 different people with no luck still. We asked for a bill of usage to be emailed and they charge you R28 each time you request the bill. We paying R800 a month for 400GB but only get 200GB Mtn is robbing people with they hard earned money and no one is doing anything about it. I even read their reviews on your site and never ever have I seen a reply or an apology. If they bankrupt they should let people know Not ***** from them.
