MTN Data Theft

Despite Numerous attempts at Resolving my Query, I am still at a Loss as to Why my Data never Carries over as Prescribed by ICASA. MTN has their own Twist on the ICASA Ruling, Stating that you had to buy More Data before your Old Data expired, How stupid. And despite sticking to this Rule, I still loose my Dsta every time.
